Our experienced team monitors quality levels throughout the production process. The laboratory is ISO 9001:2008 certified and is regularly audited by clients and external experts.

Hygiene control

Microbiological analysis is very important when working with natural ingredients. Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art analysis equipment, providing us with crucial microbiological information as and when required. Periodical use of ATP-metry and inspection programs inside production facilities ensure hygiene and cleanliness guidelines are always met.

All of our products are fully traceable and monitored to ensure the right fruits are used and to guarantee the very best quality. All of the process steps - from fruit intake to delivery - are carefully documented and available for review.
